When making a purchase, you can use your Amazon Gift Card in conjunction with a credit/debit card or online banking. Note: Gifts and Credits offset can’t be joined with EMI or Pay on Conveyance (Unit) choices.
Can I convert Amazon gift card to cash?

To use your Amazon Gift Card to make a purchase on Amazon, transfer the funds from your Amazon Pay account to your bank account. Select Amazon Pay balance on the payment method selection page. You can use your Amazon Gift Card in conjunction with a credit or debit card or online banking to make a purchase.
